3. Payments and Scheduling

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Sessions must be scheduled in advance through our approved booking system.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, and will always communicate promptly if this occurs.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

To reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of payment.

• No refunds will be given for missed appointments or “no-shows.”
  Exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases of emergency.
